BBS Solutions was founded in 2014 as a subsidiary of BELAM-RĪGA.
The Document Management System is a modular task management-based solution that provides an electronic verification and signing process for different types of documents. Smart-ID, LVRTC eID card, and eParaksts mobile solution may be used for signing. Integration with eAdrese is ensured.
During implementation of the solution, the Document Management System is integrated into the enterprise ecosystem through the exchange of data with Active Directory, personnel management, and financial accounting solutions
The eParaksts (e-signature) server provides user authentication, signing documents with Smart-ID, LVRTC eID card, and eParaksts mobile solution, checking signed documents, and “stamping” with eZīmogs (e-stamp). Documents are signed in the client’s infrastructure without the need to send documents outside the client’s network.
The server can be integrated with different company information systems.
The Intranet portal is designed as a single information and digital resource access centre that covers news and events, fixed-content pages, a link block for the company’s digital resources organization, a birthday calendar, surveys, galleries, and forums.
Integration with Google Analytics is possible.
Using the MS SharePoint platform, you can create document handling and company process electronisation solutions that will meet different business needs and requirements.
