The Document Management System is a modular task management-based solution that provides an electronic approval and signing process for different types of documents. Smart-ID, LVRTC eID card, and eParaksts mobile solution may be used for signing. Integration with eAdrese is ensured.
The Document Management System is based on Microsoft SharePoint. It is a modular solution that can be introduced gradually and covers the following modules:
- Start page or Intranet solution;
- Records management (incoming and outgoing correspondence);
- Contract management;
- Invoice management;
- Quality management or management of internal regulations;
- Procurement management;
- Universal module of process electronisation.
The system is regularly complemented with additional modules and functionality.
