The Intranet portal is designed as a single information and digital resource access centre that covers news and events, fixed-content pages, a link block for your organization’s digital resources, a birthday calendar, surveys, galleries, and forums.

The Intranet portal is based on Microsoft SharePoint as a single information and digital resource access centre in a company that promotes organization of the proper communication with employees.

The Intranet portal covers the following options:

• Communication – sharing documents and information with other users;
• Message management (including highlighted messages), enabling you to segment messages according to the user’s audience and category;
• Event management (including highlighted messages);
• Management of the fixed-content pages;
• Link block to organise digital resources of the company (both internal and external);
• Birthday calendar (birthdays and name days);
• Surveys in order to obtain a quick level of mood or opinion of employees on a matter;
• Arranging and displaying the visual content (photos) of the gallery;
• Forum – for communication among employees of the company;
• Search – search for all content, including searching for attached documents, filtering search results by category, and additional contextual filters. The results include previews. A custom results display window is provided for searching employee contacts;
• Additional functionality – “Thank you” section; picture of the day; organization structure and organization work sites.

Google Analytics support is included in the Intranet portal.
