Belam-Rīga SIA delivers modern communications infrastructure for leading retail bank in the Baltics
Belam-Rīga SIA, a company that specializes in communications solutions, has been providing and maintaining a state-of-the-art communications infrastructure for one of the top retail banks in the Baltics. The infrastructure is powered by AudioCodes’ Mediant session boarder controllers, which offer high availability, scalability, and security. The controllers are managed and monitored by One Voice Operations Center, a centralized platform that simplifies the administration of voice networks. To ensure compliance with the banking industry’s strict regulations, the infrastructure also integrates Verint Financial Compliance solution, which records and archives all internal and customer interactions.
Belam-Rīga SIA implemented the infrastructure in 2019 and has been working closely with the bank ever since. The infrastructure leverages IP protocols and SIP trunks to enable modern and cost-effective interconnections with service providers.
