The solution delivers efficient customer service across multiple channels, such as voice, email, chat. The solution also integrates a suite of advanced Workforce Optimization tools from Avaya, including multimodal interactions recording, quality management, as well as automated scheduling and adherence tracking. These tools help the customer to optimize the performance and efficiency of its contact center agents, as well as to ensure compliance and quality standards.
The project was completed according to the plan, and the customer has reported improvements in customer care processes, better control and transparency, as well as reduced operational costs.
